Anytime you sign up for the Realty School 101’s REcampus self-paced courses, you will have immediate access to the course.

The rule for license courses is that you will have 12 months to complete the course. On occasion, some students approach this cutoff deadline and will need to request an extension, which can be done in many cases.

Most students complete the self-paced license courses in far less time. Each course contains content to reflect the state mandated credit hours for either pre-license, post-license, continuing education or the new ethics requirement. For the 63-hour pre-license sales associate course (initial license for Florida Real Estate), most of our students complete the course within a month’s time and are licensed within 2 months.

Pro Tip: Apply for you Florida Real Estate License by submitting the application to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as soon as you enroll in the 63 hour pre-license sales associate course (or 72 hour pre-license broker course). Be sure to pay the appropriate fees and include your fingerprinting requirements as an attachment to the application (many UPS stores provide fingerprinting as a service and some may send off your fingerprints to the DBPR for you as part of the service).

The reason that you should do this is because the DBPR will review and process your application sooner, and you could eliminate any unnecessary delays that may occur by handling this step upfront before you finish your pre-license course.
