Andela Bootcamp day 3 : Half way there

It is mid-week guys and we are still running strong!

The day has been quite intense my friends. From the morning stretches to the meaty lunch to all that we’ve learnt today. I really enjoyed it.

Andela still lives up to its word. As i was researching about Andela, what stroke me more and still lingers in my mind is the fact that it’s hard to get into Andela than it is to Harvard. That caught my eye. I love challenges. I love what people shy away from. I dont like the norm. I like it real. This is just one aspects of Andela that I love.

This i will say with the utmost conviction ;I have learnt more about Software development here at Andela than i learnt from the first many sittings in a Software development class in campus. I basically have enough knowledge to create a simple working application and its only been three days. This, ladies and gentlemen, gives me more motivation to fight for my space at Andela and i will fight for it.

It is fun being here, this i now know. Visit most campus and you will realize there is no fun being in any Technology class. Ask a question in a Technology class and you will know that lecturers can make faces. Sit in any Technology class and everyone is yawning and confused. Visit an Andela class and you will notice the difference.

On a lighter note, the rain keeps surprising us. It rains when time to go home is nigh. It doesn’t want us to leave Andela. It wants us to stay here little bit longer. We all want to stay here a whole lot longer than the two weeks. I really hope I will.

I have to leave now because i got eleven projects to work on this evening, did i mention it was intense today?
