10 Things about a Novice Archiver.

Since beginning my archiving journey I have learnt (10) things:

  1. Archiving can get lonely.
  2. You talk yourself through the steps – out loud.
  3. Always have more than one pencil.
  4. Music keeps the boredom away.
  5. Store rooms do not have enough room for dance practice.
  6. Drinking tea to the max is encouraged.
  7. Gloves are not just useful in winter.
  8. Working in the attic does not make you Cinderella also, the birds do not help you.
  9. It’s repetitive.
  10. You get to know your collection really well, whether you like it or not.
