Your article made me read Ms. Foyle’s. I get that she wants a break but to take a swipe at mothers seems like a low blow, one which you parried perfectly.

I do need to add, from a distance of more than twenty years, that the months off with my babies are some of my most treasured memories even though I experienced almost everything you described.
