Appreciate your comment — also my mind fixated on this:

I would add that hopefully these processors have some skill at teaching — which does not come automatically with expertise at a given topic, and sadly many institutions of higher learning do not bother to provide and/or require any kind of courses to professors on how to teach. A K-12 teacher has to get a 4-year or 2-year degree in the skills to teach, but college and university professors do not.
