‘We just want to have this opportunity’

I believe this from my earlier story is worth highlighting. Happy Thanksgiving to all, including the DACA recipients I know! The ones whose jobs pay for their food, yet don’t earn them any SS nor do they obliterate the open job market, as there are more than 15,000 open jobs right now in Memphis! The ones whose income and sales tax help our communities! The ones you’ll hire to cut your lawn, but scream “IMMIGRATION” when you become aware of laws that allow them to be here! Peace and thanksgiving.
