Welcome to the May Newsletter! It’s been a busy month and an even busier week.
We are on track for Testnet on 31 May! We have just gone into Code Freeze in anticipation of the release. Final audits and checks are happening right now.
The best way to prepare for Testnet is to get your passport ready to be used to issue and present digital Verifiable Credentials. We’ll be publishing step by step guides on how to access our network soon.
Google Summit Sydney. Our Founder and CTO, Professor Vincent Gramoli, presented live at the Google Summit in Sydney on 15 May. This was a free in-person event designed to explore technology trends across AI, application modernisation, collaboration, data cloud, open infrastructure and security.
Vincent’s session was on “Breaking Ground with Redbelly: Bridging the Regulated Web2 Economy of Today and the Web3 Economy of the Future.”
Our Australian based Team held a Strategy Day this week where we continued to plan out short term, long term, tactical and strategic goals, to help inform how we prioritise, collaborate, make decisions and execute inside our lanes in an aligned way.
Our internal teams were able to come together and develop a cultural framework for success and ways of working. All in all a great day and we are all excited for Testnet, Mainnet and beyond.
