Daniel, thank you for the thorough reply. I’m going to bring some of these ideas back to our team. I know we are doing some high level analysis, but I’m not sure we are to the component level. The survey questions are useful as well. With quant and qual data, you can cover both spectrums and pinpoint needed enhancements as well as improvement over time.
