The aim of any publication in the social networks is to connect and interact with our fans, but we connect and interact with them for that publication is that we are not generating good communication. The intention to make digital communications, among others, is customer loyalty to the brand, not drive them away. A vital part of the company is to hear the behavior of your target audience, and redirect the products, services and strategic actions of the company based on the feedback it receives from the environment of the company. It is an obligatory task in any digital communication, analyze the feedback that followers generate us as such, either through indicators such as Likes, Shares and Comments, and through other data generated by the metrics, and especially not ignore that data, because the results of the analysis of the metrics indicate the company if you really connect with your audience or not. After analyzing the information, if the resulting indicators are negative in character, will reflect about it, and the shares shall be renewed, and turn to reschedule, creating, if possible, new strategies and new shares, which when implemented provide one value upside to our target.
