There is an intermixing food fusion between Chinese food bears to the authentic Chinese cuisine. Like Indian food varies from one state to other. Chinese food also carries same diversification with respect to the regions. This enhances the flavor and the presentation of the dish as well. Capsicum, baby corn, black pepper corn, cabbage, carrots are some of the vegetables used. The food is heavily doused with sauces like black bean, oyster, Hoisin, sour and sweet sauces.

The most popular vegetable Indian Chinese is Szechwan that is fiery hot with a twist of red sauce Manchurian and finally soya sauce that is salty and brown in color. No doubt Chinese dishes have brought a real storm worldwide.

Chili Chicken

It is considered as a best party starter. The dish is made by marinating different Chinese elements. Chili chicken is also referred as a signature dish. Chicken is coated with a paste. The paste is prepared in chilies, ginger and garlic. A final touch is given when the entire dish is sautéed in onions and chilies. Another dry version is present that is also yummy to taste.

Chicken Manchurian

Nelson Wang from Mumbai developed the concept of Manchurian in the year 1975. He simply played with chili, ginger and garlic after which a splash of soya sauce, garam masala and voila enhanced the color and taste of the dish. The vegetables used were paneer and Gobi. In non-veg version mutton and fish was used.

China Chowmein
It is basic proportion of boiled noodles and the toppings include greens, soya sauce and scrambled eggs. Indian cooking style is quite different. Many vegetables and spicy flavors add fire to the taste but it is greatly admired by all Indians and foreigners.

Man chow Soup

The dish is mainly based on soya sauce. Flavors are added using ginger, garlic, vegetables like carrots, celery. In the end gravy is garnished with fried noodles.

In china it is known as Chun Juan. They are referred as Cantonese style dumplings that are made to welcome spring. In India they are loaded with veggies and stir fried till they are golden brown. They are the best party snacks.
