Quite frankly, I’m glad you’re here. Now, if “your ladies” want to join the party ( and I encourage them to do so), then they need to open the book to page one and start reading. We care about what’s between your ears, not what’s between your legs. I recently interviewed two candidates for a position, one male and one female. Personally, I was ABSOLUTELY biased in favor of the female. I gave them both the same 100% objective technical trial (doable at the time and place of their own choosing), and she was unable to complete it at all. Question: do you think I should have hired her?
