Man.. You nailed it. I can see myself in almost all of your points.

The concept of “hyper focus” in things that really turns me on is the most true thing about my ADD, whereas for ordinary tasks, my brain just can’t complete it smooth and effortlessly.

One thing that you haven’t mentioned — and I believe is great for maintaining my ADD in a “box” — is practicing sports. Endorphin.
