Hey Roxanne Henkle thanks for reading and replying. It does take awhile but you can get into that healthy sleep pattern. Video games are really tough late at night, not just because of the light issue but also they are very mentally stimulated and it can take awhile to unwind from that.
It’s great you’re cutting out tv at 8:30 too. I find these things to really help and I’ve had my own sleep issues and getting into that routine and going to bed at the same time I felt was really critical to getting back on track.
