Zappa is near the top of my list of genius musicians. The PMRC was really an exploit of Al and Tipper Gore and the Democratic Party with the objective of winning the soccer mom demographic before the second term of Ronald Reagan. It’s amazed me how the media has failed to hold Al Gore responsible for his attempt to stifle te creative arts.
