Hi Seth, thanks for your comment! I agree that employee ownership is a great way to avoid this problem. I’m a big fan of self-managed and self-organising companies too — I think if you give away all of the power, responsibility and freedom in an organisation, you can liberate people’s potential without them even needing to be owners.
