This is why I’m excited about bringing Film School Rejects to Medium. Unlike The Washington Post, we have our publication setup to include all of our individual authors. Meaning we’re bringing a bunch of great voices with us to Medium.

The other hope, on my part as Publisher and Editor, is to find voices within the Medium community and amplify them. Because we’re also bringing our audience. It’s not the size of WaPo’s, but it’s reasonably large. The combination of influx of readers and the opportunity to discover new voices that are already on Medium is going to be huge. We’ve already begun to see some great submissions and we’re not even fully moved in yet.
