New modern Sport hall
The building is design by #Rema Design Ltd. team.
It is located in the village of Sredni Kolibi, Bulgaria
The building is with two floors. It is a sport hall with SPA, gym and recreation area. The lower floor is a semi-basement. There is an indoor pool, the gym and recreation area.
On the second floor is situated the playground of the hall, appropriate for basketball, volleyball, etc.
The exterior is modern, with some vintage elements. The general solution lays stress on timber-like view, by wooden and similar colored elements, composing the facades. The visible parts of the steel construction and the curtain wall give an impressive modern look in the wooden-environment facade. The modern look and the “wooden” solution corespond very well with the good landscaped place of the hall.
