I sure hope not. This kind of thinking is why so many business’ marketing efforts fall so flat and bore the crap out of audiences everywhere. No one wants to watch a commercial, check out a website, or scan a billboard that just says ‘look at us! we’re so great!” They want to know how you’re going to help them. (Hint: they’re the hero of the story.)
Thank you, Matt! We certainly stood on the shoulders of giants as we carried the PHX Startup Week baton this year. And we had such amazing support from our all-volunteer organizing team and our community.
Thanks Jonathan! Your feedback and support mean a lot to us. I’m stoked to continue to build on the foundation you and many others in our community have laid for this event. We simply stand on the shoulders of giants and keep building upwards. And I hope that we can draw many in to this effort to ensure SUWPHX2019 is truly a community-driven, community-oriented, community-building event.
Yup. Yup. We’re still a fledgling on the entrepreneurial map, in some ways. Our identity isn’t locked yet. Which is an awesome problem to have. Let’s get going making our own, unique mark on the map.
Well done. So many PMs and CEOs and founders need to hear this.
Having a framework through which to pass every decision is critical to building a vibrant, sustainable platform. All the better when that framework is based in the truths of what your organization believes!
