I think you have figuratively missed the train by trying to define the tickets value. This piece is a tongue and cheek bit of poetry on how people allow others to direct their lives rather than directing their own. Will you blend into the background of the day to day just content to be part of the world around you or will you dare to step into the spotlight, speak/live your part with passion daring the hecklers and tomato throwers in the front row. Or perhaps you are the heckler: only here to be entertained…whichever it is is a choice; so make yours. That was the point.
