Bingo Jurgen !!… Long ago I’ve stopped trying helping organizations to implement agile or organic frameworks… I’ve noticed leaders want to change structures keeping the same mindset, and that was always frustrating to both, the leaders and myself.

Then I’ve realized I need to help leaders to change their mindset, which means breaking strong beliefs protected by negative emotions such as fear, anxiety and shame. It has been a long term process, but much rewarding now.
