I am familiar with their conclusion because I’ve had to research about it with actual facts versus “cool stories.” They claim that every time that they switched the leaders of a team the bad team suddenly began doing better if it had a “good” leader. But this was not in any way, shape, or form a scientific experiment and it did not include women or much diversity at all. Also, what makes someone a good leader is remarkably different depending on the requirements being made of the team. Walk around any university and you’ll see that what makes someone an amazing leader as a football quarterback is not necessarily what makes someone an incredible lead engineer.
