I like the topic that you brought up. Layden (1997) stated in her journal that the localization process enables companies to enter international market and to compete effectively in that area . So it’s very important for companies to adapt in their new demographic area. As you have mentioned in your post, to bring local taste / culture inside your product / advertisement is one of the way to get accepted by the local market. Same thing happened in Indonesia, Mc Donalds, KFC they do the same thing.
