Whole 30: Day 3
I’m too beat to make this artsy, but felt that I should keep up the writing habit.
I did all the things today, which is what you do on Sundays when you’re making all of your food and most of your husband’s.
In addition to making all these meals:
Breakfast: egg muffins with sweet potato crust
Lunch: snack — leftover wings
Dinner: Yummy chicken and the MOST delicious fauxtatoes I’ve ever made (recipe forthcoming)
I made hard boiled eggs.
I made chicken stock.
I prepped dinner AND lunch for tomorrow:
AND worked out and did the laundry.
