Ah, I see. Okay here’s you needed to do, first you should know the channel ID of the “other” channel that you wanted your bot to send a message. You need to do some extra work here, here’s a link from Discord API docs to get you started (https://discordapp.com/developers/docs/resources/guild) this will allow you to fetch all the channel(s) including their ids that belongs on the guild (discord server).

If you haven’t worked around with API before, you start with this page (https://discordapp.com/developers/docs/reference). I may not be able to guide you on this one, but hopefully this will help you get started on what you’re trying to accomplish, once you have the channel ID you just have to simply replace the value of to: channelID with to: <other-channel-id> eg: to: 1234664133
