During the winter of 2017, the Renos team airdropped the coin supply to our then, one thousand community members. This approach was taken to create transparency and a level playing field for all participants, in order to facilitate honest development and community growth. Improving Upon Blockchain Technology
Renos respects the giant strides that Bitcoin technology made, but felt further enhancements could be integrated. By design, Renos coins (RNS) are inexpensive to send from user to user. Using Private Send and Instant Send, privacy and speed are also enhanced, keeping snooping eyes away from your transactions and allowing you to avoid long queues for payments to be sent and received.
Blockchain transaction security is another key aspect with Renos. Our project utilizes a Proof of Stake (PoS) protocol. The use of PoS and Masternodes help to keep our blockchain safe for users by ensuring every transaction is directed to the proper receiver, any time of the day or night, worldwide. The benefits of Proof of Stake and Masternodes continue providing a very low energy consumption footprint. This helps, not only to keep costs low, but to provide efficient energy usage without consuming massive amounts of natural resources.
Anyone, at any income level, can generate a passive income with Renos. We provide a 3% annual coin emission to stakers and masternode holders, specifically designed to reward those helping to secure the blockchain, but a low enough coin emission to encourage price appreciation through increased platform utility and time.
