Rep. Sewell and other Members of Congress returned from a congressional delegation to Ghana to hold high-level discussions with Ghanaian President Nana Akufo-Addo, Speaker Mike Oquaye and other senior government officials and visit U.S. Army Africa headquarters in Italy.
