As you know, we planned to hold a public sale this month, starting on the 23rd of November. But after much consideration and in light of the events described below we decided to postpone the public sale.
Currently, we are working on the encouragement of new partnerships and the attraction of private investors. This process takes a lot of our time and efforts.
At this moment our team is busy negotiating with lots of venture capital funds from Asia, Europe, and North America and this is the first reason why we decided to postpone the public sale. The second reason is that the situation on the market was not the best recently and for better results, we want to make such a great step in more stable conditions.
Meanwhile, the Republia team continues its roadshow, appointing and holding dozens of meetings with a wide range of investors interested in our project. Unfortunately, making new partnerships needs some time.
Bearing all this in mind, the Republia team agreed to postpone the Republia public sale to the 15th of January 2019.
