Yesterday on the 20th of November the Republia team took part in a parliament session dedicated to the development of a draft law on the blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in Ukraine.
Republia Group initiated this participation to help define the rules for blockchain companies on the Ukrainian market.
At this session were present the parliament members, the representatives of the Presidential Administration, SSU (Security Service of Ukraine), NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau), NACP (National Agency on Corruption Prevention).
The session began from the establishment of the working group, the approval of the draft law title and its structure.
Among other, we discussed the Republia ID and the citizen identification system.
The working group officially started its work yesterday and appointed the next session on the 11th of December.
We hope to contribute a lot to the development of the blockchain industry in Ukraine!
