This week the Republia team traveled to the Malta Blockchain Summit. Over these days our co-founders had many fruitful meetings with investors and potential partners. Republia project gained new supporters and enthusiasts.
Our team truly enjoyed meeting and discussing blockchain technology with John McAfee, Scott Stornetta and so many other blockchain thought-leaders. Being one of the founding fathers of current blockchain technology, Scott Stornetta, expressed his interest in Republia’s idea of the functional programming languages. The co-inventor of the blockchain appreciated the concept of the Republia blockchain and was deeply impressed with our solutions.
More than twenty venture capital funds, including the most significant Asian funds, transferred to the second stage of our cooperation — the review of the documents.
We were delighted to hear the support of Republia from the representatives of the government. They are interested in the implementation of the Republia ID in the governmental sector of Malta so that we`ll come back again to Malta for the further discussion of this case.
The Malta Blockchain Summit was an incredible experience for the Republia team! We met lots of developers and projects there. As a result of such a great commencement of Republia solution, four more companies decided to use the Republia platform, instead of Ethereum, for their projects.
It was a great pleasure to be a part of this global blockchain venue!
