In-Person Drop Experience:

My experience in doing the activity of in-person drop was totally new for me. As, I’ve never done this before. But I went and perform it and it was really a good experience. By doing this I’ve learned that even if you are afraid of doing something, something that stops you not to do just because what will happen or what will others think, still you should not stop! You must do it and face your challenges that are coming in your way. Because by doing this you’ll learn more things and come to know your weaknesses, you’ll try to improve yourself next time and it will keep on building confident in yourself.
When I was doing this activity there were many challenges that I was facing. Nervousness, inside feelings like “leave it and just go home”, feeling like I have no confident or what if I’ll make a mistake? Etc. But one thing that helps me to finally do this job was, I have observed myself, whenever I’m nervous I always perform better rather than when I’m overconfident.
Next time I’ll be definitely less nervous as compared to my first experience because this time I know more how the manager and receptionist will react and asked question and I’ll do preparation on it and will work in improving my weaknesses that I found in doing my first activity.
I can only say to others that from my experience I’ve learned that you must face your challenges; it will reduce your nervousness and build confidence in yourself. You will come to know how your HR manger is and what type of nature he has. By knowing him/her you’ll able to perform better in the interview and by dropping in-person your resume it will impact a good impression towards manger and the company.
Best of Luck! :)
