Acropolis — Decentralized City Planning

What if everyone who were part of an architectural space gained INFLUENCE over that space, just by being part of it.
Example:
You move into a new house in a new neighborhood, and from day one, you start to gain INFLUENCE over the architecture of the neighborhood.
Proposals for new buildings and stuff will then compete for people’s INFLUENCE
Since INFLUENCE is a currency, you can easily give yours away to someone you believe will use it better then you.
How INFLUENCE is distributed
This is sort of fluid, the big idea is the concept of the currency itself. I’m thinking INFLUENCE will be similar to Colony’s nectar/pollen, and portioned out in a steady stream to anyone who’s part of a architectural space. Anyone who’s got a relationship to the space, anyone who’s internalized the space, should get INFLUENCE. Land owners, property owners, tenants, could all have unique metrics for at what rate they receive INFLUENCE, and be part of ‘hive-minds’ that have influence over the evolution of architectural spaces.
The deeper pattern is that architectural spaces would come to reflect the mind-ware of those who have internalized the space, those who live and breathe within it, perhaps adjusted a bit for market forces, with some INFLUENCE going to land-owners etc who have don’t embody the space in the same way that locals do.

Living Architecture
With ‘Acropolis’, we’re going to see a lot more organic spaces and places, it’s going to look more and more like nature, as the aesthetic and creative processes behind the spaces are extended through multiple perspectives and a network of mirroring minds.
A city won’t look like a city, it will look like a forest, with high degrees of topo-diversity. Like Rachel Armstrong said, any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from nature.
What is Ethereum ?
It’s a new internet for DAOs — Decentralized Autonomous Organizations. Acropolis would be one of the dApps within the Ethereum DAO — a planetary wide ‘brain’ that will come to change how we perceive governance, human culture, and ourselves.
