The DISC method has many uses, in both personal and interpersonal relationships. DISC analysis can also be used in companies to uncover the dynamics, that always underlie any issue.

At Copenpsyk.dk we are adamant in finding the solution to whatever your issue is.

One such pitfall consists of believing that uncovering the issue will solve it. Another is to think that the DISC model is the only relevant or useful tool, when you try to face the problems in your business or relationships.

The DISC model may help you communicate better. It can also lead to more happiness with your work, and turn up motivation in your organization. The DISC profiling tool helps your coworkers communicate and cooperate in a healthier and more inspiring way.

The DISC model cannot be used as a form of therapy, or to structure workflow better.
