So your answer is a resounding “no”, that you have no data with which to back up your claim. ’Tis as I expected. I have yet to see anyone actually provide any models or data to show that climate change is not happening — just lots of opinions and unreasonable attempts to “debunk” the scientific claims: and doing so while never offering an alternative data set. Naysaying is not scientific method, alas. But I’m sure it’s a lot of fun. When I was a kid, telling people they’re wrong when they were clearly right was hilarious! And then I grew out of it because I realized what a time-waster and energy-waster it is. Unfortunately, not everyone grows out of that stage, and they become congressmen or Internet trolls or FOX News spewers.

If the folks on the climate-change-denying side of the fence ever offer up a better data set (which they so often imply they have, but have yet to show), then I’ll change my mind. But, I am quite convinced that no such data set exists, however much wishful thinking or straight out denial of reality might try to wish such a set into existence. So I‘m sticking with the evidence.

But, as I said, if you can show me, and an entire world of climate scientists, and the U.S. military, and the governmental leaders and scientists of other countries, and the insurance industry, and so many others who trust the science — if you can show us we’re all wrong, then have at it. One does not argue with science, so if you can prove you have the better data, I’ll be on it.
