How to Get Started with Rev

Rev gives you the option to switch to paperless document management by using our simple and powerful document management solution. Rev is a cloud-based document management solution and it works best in an HTML5 supported browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

You have the option to sign up for Rev using a variety of login credentials: Facebook, Google, LinkedIn accounts or email. By reusing your login credentials from one of these sites, you save the trouble of having to remember another login id and password. Before you can start indexing documents in Rev, you are presented with the option to create a repository.

A repository is where images are stored in Rev. They are just like filing cabinets, where one would store documents related to accounts in one cabinet, documents related to sales in another cabinet and so on. To save you the time and effort of having to create a repository from scratch, Rev suggests you repository templates which you can further customized as per your requirement.

Rev can be used on any smart device connected to the internet. Users have the option to customize their specific interface according to the device on which they are using Rev.
