The debate rages on because both sides don’t know what they are talking about. Everyone thinks that you can idealize a money and then we have solved a problem. There is no such problem money solves, and if you disagree you probably haven’t read any books on economics.

The problem they we are desperately trying to solve is to have a stable pricing mechanism for the markets so we can optimally distribute commodities.

Money traditionally supplies this mechanism but it then pressure builds to corrupt it.

You and others are not speaking to this problem, and so your endeavors are petty.
