When we are talking to a child, we tend to be more informative than the usual, since they have a lot of questions in their mind about different things. An example is that if a child asks about โ€œHow do I become healthy?โ€, โ€œWhat should I do to be healthy?โ€, or โ€œAm I healthy?โ€, then a long discussion follows.

Above all, a happy and healthy child does eat a balanced diet, which includes eating fruits, vegetables, and other foods that can provide the nutrients that a child needs for the development of his/her body. A child must choose water as its drink over those sugary drinks like sodas, juices, and fruit punches. A healthy child drinks milk for its bones to be stronger. Because a child needs calcium for the development of his/her bones. A healthy child selects healthier food options or alternatives than choosing junk foods that can cause them ill.

Most kids nowadays tend to play on their gadgets the whole day than playing outside. As a parent, you have to promote a physical activities instead. A child that prefers to be an active one is a sign of being healthy. Regular physical activity is a must for a child, because it helps in improving your child to have a strong and healthy heart, strong bones, and it can help the child to maintain a good weight. In addition, at a very young age, your child might identify what physical activities they are into, maybe it is basketball, volleyball, ballet, karate, and many more. In that way, they will even push themselves to be more active and that will make them healthier. Doing physical activity may cause them to be happier. Which is a great factor for their mental health.

A happy and healthy child is what every parent wants to have. Thus, they are the one who lead their child into having a healthy lifestyle. They most likely gather a bunch of tips and tricks on how their child will live a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, they assure that their childโ€™s body is healthy enough to prevent itself from viruses, and diseases that may harm them. All in all, a happy and healthy child is all about being healthy not only on their physical but also in their mental and emotional well-being.
