Nowadays, most of the humans are living unhealthy. For example: humans tend to exercise less. Every morning, they skip their breakfast because they need to go to their school or work very early, so to decrease the chances of being late, they just prefer to skip their meals. Instead of eating healthy and nutritious foods, humans prefer to eat junk foods, sugary, and fatty foods. Similarly, the elders, most especially men drink too much alcoholic beverages that can cause them many diseases. Also, humans do a lot of smoking. A โ€œlightโ€ smoker smokes more than 7 cigarettes per day. And someone who smokes a pack per day or more is known as a โ€œheavyโ€ smoker. Dr. Vincent T DeVita Jr. stated. Overeating is also a factor of having an unhealthy lifestyle.

These factors of having an unhealthy living can affect humans harmfully. It can lead to many diseases that can also lead to death, just like increased risk or cardiovascular diseases and, cancer. So, if that is the deal, you as a person, need to switch your bad lifestyle. You must live a healthy lifestyle from now on!

For you to function better, your physical and mental health must be good. Both aspects of health are linked or connected to each other. Therefore, a change in one aspect will greatly affect the other one. In order for you to have a good health on both, you have to: have a healthier lifestyle. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, that covers the eating a balanced diet. Drink a lot of water. You must stay hydrated. Next is to destress. Surround yourself to the things that are positive. Also, you need to exercise. A two to three cycle of exercise per day can do. Or even 10โ€“15 minutes jog or walking. In addition, you must manage your mental health. Think positive thoughts. Do not overthink always. You must talk about how you feel and find people who could support you.

What are you waiting for? It is this moment- the time that you will be more responsible on having a healthier lifestyle or living. Always remember what Virgil a Roman poet said, โ€œThe greatest wealth is health.โ€. Letโ€™s start now to live healthily for a better and longer life.
