All the while, we’ve maintained an internal product roadmap. It guides us in prioritizing where our development time and resources should be invested.
Historically, we’ve been hesitant to assign specific dates for when product improvements will be released. We’ve preferred instead to preserve our ability to respond quickly when our clients need custom development.
In the last several quarters, however, we’ve invested heavily in Engineering and Product Management — building the framework for some major product improvements.
