I don't like code interviews.

I know I'm a hell of a coder, but when it comes to being tested in front of some other people that don't know me, I often embarrass myself by falling into very simple mistakes that, in any normal circumstances I would never fall.

So, for me, code interview doesn't test your code skill, it tests how many hours you have got through these code interview in order to be cold blooded.
