DIARY OF AN OUTSIDER
Preparing For a New Rock Garden
Entry 6— Exercise is exercise
Well, the digging up of the sod which my wife had killed with RoundUp is now done. And, it happened just before we are expected to get a few rain showers. That’s what the weatherman promised, but I won’t hold my breath.
The weather is crappy today with winds gusting to more than fifty kilometres per hour. That is actually a good thing as it meant it was easier to stay at home and work on our project in the front yard. Good weather would have meant another good, long walk. With the work in the yard, we got enough exercise, so there is no feeling of guilt for not walking.
Slowly, I am getting stuff cleaned up here with my Medium stories. Curiously, there is an improvement in my Medium stats as a result. Perhaps this uptick is due to the stories I have posted and not the renovation of my account. There are a few stories that are doing particularly well, especially my latest poems.
