Sounds like a career change is in order. You sound exactly like what I felt like when I worked as a dog bather at Petsmart, and while none of my distain is geared at the company. My last straw was when I had to choose between having a boss that Huffed sharpie markers and then immediately groom dogs or quit to save myself from working at a place that flat out didn’t know how to/ didn’t want to handle the dangerous content I had to make them aware of.

Little did they know they lost someone they could have trusted over a manager that could’ve have cared so long as her nose was full of chemicals.. But alas. point being, you will always feel a slight duty to say at a job and you may love said job for one reason or another but if it literally takes mental/phisical tolls on you; save yourself. No one can do it for you and no one but you knows all of issues and hence how to solve said issues. Best of luck and great article.
