I’m Back! But How Do I Now Act?
The Rules of Engagement remain fuzzy at best.
Hola, queridas amigas (Hello, dear friends)!
It’s genuinely great to be reunited with the community I’ve called home since November of 2022.
I’m distressed that the neighborhood many of us reside in has recently undergone dramatic changes.
I don’t recognize nor support any of these ‘new’ modifications.
And I’m sorry, Leonard Tillerman, if I’m not as gracious as you were in accepting recent punitive actions by ‘big brother.’
So, why did RC return? The people, not the platform.
Many of you have stepped up in recent days to offer your support for my silenced one. I will do my best in the coming days to thank you again for your generosity.
You know who you are, and since I don’t believe in mass tagging or token name-dropping, I will find a way to acknowledge each of you individually.
When I began my journey to becoming a writer way back when (I’m still a work in progress), I chose to read and support other writers more than allocating time to crafting stories only.
My reasoning then was, why send stories into the ether without some expectation that they would be read? My thinking was correct.
