There may be less war but there may be just as much or more oppression. There is probably less war because the world is more gentrified and the oppressors are better at containing unhappy populations. Resistance to the New World order is mostly unarmed, small, non-localized and consists primarily of civil disobedience. Less war does not necessarily mean more peace. Here in the U.S. we have historical amounts of unrest.
