This is why we expect to see FINANCIAL cloud brokerage, offered by added-value resellers of cloud services. The ‘broker-dealer’ model in which the reseller buys RIs in bulk, repackages financial offerings (e.g. term of the RI, financial payment that’s more usual for enterprise CFOs, …). The added-value reseller also adds optimization ‘skills’ to monitor (and manage ?) sprawl and inefficient customer use.
