Great post Dan. Definitely agree. All things being equal, a product that’s easier to use will win; especially in the consumer or small business space. Unfortunately I have yet to see “is easy to use” on an enterprise software evaluation checklist. I wish it was there… :)
Really great post Matt. One thing that always helps me to understand is using examples. Then I can compare that example to what I’ve done in my own company in that situation.
Another question I’d ask is to what company size is this working? Greater than ten teams?
I agree that conversational UI is a revolution, but I argue that the chat bots are limited to how easily users can access them. Chat bots still rely on an app and GUI being present. They’ll have their place but conversational bots like Siri and Alexa are the future.
