But check which animals have a neocortex and that includes cats and birds. If an animal has a neocortex the science says it thinks in subjects and predicates.

Human natural language is totally unique in communicating near perfectly brain to brain, but all neocortical animals think in predications…and there are many grades of neocortex evolved over tens of millions of years, but they all think like you do. See Decartes from the early 1600s:
