Replace the cardio with 30 minutes of moderate intensity calisthenics. Learn how to train with gymnastics rings.

Bump the Protein up to one gram per pound of desired bodyweight. So if your 195 that would be 175 grams of protein per day if looking to lose 20 pounds.

This will help make you leaner & stronger. Rather than simply 20 pounds lighter.
