What a feat to write about such a film!! You really covered his message and core belief, and how he artistically portrayed that. For example, it’s an extremely subjective view he has based on emotion, so I love that he has mixed sci-fi with art-house techniques to portray his feelings to the audience. Then with that quote he reinforces that his film is art, not fact or fiction, just art. Merely an idea. And to me that is what film and art is about — exploring feelings and ideas.
