Prodigy Finance is excited as it continues to add and support the top engineering and international graduate programs in the United States. Its most recent addition is supporting international students attending STEM postgraduate degrees in North Carolina State University. Prodigy Finance will start lending to graduate programs such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, etc

Prodigy Finance is a community based lender and as such it adds schools as it obtains new sources of funding. In just 2 years Prodigy Finance has started supporting over 80 engineering schools around the world most of them in the United States. It has an objective to add more than 200 engineering schools in the next 12 months using part of the $240M equity and debt round to fuel the growth.

With a focus on STEM Prodigy Finance supports courses that vary between Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Masters in Information systems, Mechanical engineering and Business Analytics.

Until recently international students attending top postgraduate degrees in the United States had very limited options to fund their education. It was mostly a combination of scholarships, personal loans, family money and savings. Most of these students end up working in top companies such as Google, Cisco, Amazon and it was a logical step to expand our international lending program.

Our lending program has unique characteristics such as a 100% online application process, loans in USD to avoid FX risks, direct school disbursements to simplify the process and in school support with our team of account managers that work directly with all the schools.

Top schools we are supporting include Carnegie Mellon, Columbia University, Duke University and University of Southern California. We support all STEM graduate degrees.
