The Grey, stoic teachings for the unwilling

The story of a man that is sad, really sad, and as it seems he has lost everything in his life that still gave a tiny bit of meaning, nevertheless, has to go on with this beautifully melancholic tragicomedy.

“Fate leads the willing and drags the unwilling” Seneca

Struggle, is the verb that defines the general state of action throughout the movie, battle with wolves, battle with cold, battle with emotional baggage that seems to be on times what makes the characters go on, and other characters succumb. Stoicism is so engraved in this movie that even a person who has never heard the term will come to grasp what stoicism is about.
